Senior Project Manager – Mechanical HVAC \| $150K–$175K \+ Bonus (Hybrid)

We’re working with a well-established Texas-based mechanical contractor that continues to expand its project pipeline across commercial and industrial work.

They are hiring a

Senior Project Manager

to take ownership of larger mechanical projects and play a visible role in the next phase of leadership build-out.

This is not a maintenance or service environment. The work is centered around

HVAC systems, piping, and complex mechanical construction

.

This role involves full-cycle management of commercial mechanical construction projects including HVAC systems, chilled water and hydronic piping, RTUs, AHUs, and central plant systems. Responsibilities include project planning, subcontractor coordination, buyout, cost control, scheduling, and change order management, along with direct client interaction and oversight of field operations. Candidates should have experience working within a mechanical contractor environment delivering design-build and negotiated projects across commercial and industrial sectors, with strong exposure to project financials, construction management, and execution of complex mechanical scopes.

Compensation
