Job Description

Seeking a

Senior Project Manager

with 10\+ years of experience to lead the delivery of federal and defense facilities with a focus on USACE and National Guard work.

The role will include hands-on technical leadership, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients to develop and execute high-performing design solutions, within the unique constraints of federal criteria, schedules, and review processes. Project management experience leading delivery across all phases, and apply Federal design standards, including Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) to project closeout.

  • Manage consultant coordination and submission packages; lead design reviews, comment-resolution cycles, and project milestones.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including fee burn, forecasting, contract compliance, change management, and invoicing coordination.
  • Ensure that project delivery aligns with agency criteria, client standards, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Mentor teams and junior staff, helping reinforce consistent delivery standards across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education.
  • Registered Architect with active license is required
  • Demonstrated experience with feder standards and procedures including GSA, DoD, UFC and USACE.
  • Experience with and knowledge of building codes, mission critical infrastructure standards, and data center design requirements.
  • Experience in BIM ACC (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design tools.
  • Familiarity with industry software: Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft, Procore.
  • Familiarity with additional federal procedures, standards used on government projects, not already listed above.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Revit proficiency with Construction Document experience and consultant model coordination.
  • LEED accreditation or equivalent sustainable design credentials.
  • Experience working in fast paced, global project environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and quality expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams
  • PMP Certification.
  • Existing security clearance, or prior experience working on clearance-sensitive projects.
