About GNOMI:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to help us build and expand the GNOMI mobile and desktop applications. As a member of our small but highly collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and high-quality user experience for users around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test a high-performance native desktop and mobile app that empowers users globally.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and refine innovative mobile and desktop experiences.
• Work with design teams to support the creation of fast, intuitive, and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Partner with engineering teams (desktop, mobile, backend, and infrastructure) to instrument, analyze, and improve the end-to-end experience.
• Oversee deployment processes, including testing, release, and ongoing monitoring to ensure a reliable experience.

Requirements:

• 7\+ years of industry experience in QA engineering.
• Expertise in both manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in testing mobile applications, both iOS and Android.
• Experience in testing web applications.
• Experienced with Selenium, Appium, SauceLabs, or other testing platforms.
• Proven ability to test performance and identify speed bottlenecks.
• Experience working in small, fast-moving teams with a willingness to take ownership and dive into complex challenges.
• A passion for shipping high-quality products.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 (Final offer based on experience and expertise).

Discretionary bonus.

Equity: Equity opportunities available as part of the total compensation package.
