We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing power generation company seeking a
Senior Quality Assurance Manager
to take complete ownership of the organization's quality program. This is a rare opportunity to serve as the senior quality leader, driving strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.
Role Overview:
This role goes far beyond managing processes. You will be the

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the company's quality management program, ensuring its effectiveness, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide leadership across engineering, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to embed quality into every stage of the business.
- Drive compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Plan and execute audits, assessments, and program reviews to ensure adherence to established processes and expectations.
- Oversee supplier quality activities and collaborate with vendors to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Lead corrective action, non-conformance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Develop, mentor, and grow the quality team while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary quality advisor to company leadership, providing visibility into quality performance, risks, and strategic improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science field.
- 9 years minimum
of dedicated Nuclear Quality Assurance experience.
- 5\+ years
of experience working directly at a nuclear utility.
- 5\+ years
of leadership experience serving as a QA Manager.
- Certifications:
Active Lead Auditor Certification.
- Technical Expertise:
Extensive, practical knowledge of ASME Codes.
