We’re partnering with an established end-user business in London to hire a Senior Salesforce Developer to play a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of their Salesforce platform.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing internal technology team where you’ll take ownership of Salesforce development initiatives end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically while also being comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing priorities independently, and driving delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Salesforce development across the platform, delivering robust and scalable solutions
• Design, build and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and declarative tools
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, shape solutions and provide technical guidance
• Own delivery of Salesforce enhancements from concept through to deployment
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development plans
• Manage your own workload effectively across multiple projects and priorities
• Ensure development follows best practice around performance, security, scalability and maintainability
• Support integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems
• Contribute to platform roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with wider technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical Salesforce development expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Essential Skills \& Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial environment
• Deep knowledge of:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders across different business functions
• Able to gather requirements, challenge where needed, and recommend practical technical solutions
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage your own workload autonomously
• Delivery-focused with a proven track record of successfully shipping Salesforce projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
