About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work within a close-knit team on multi-year transformation programs for our government clients, partnering closely with them to operate as a unified delivery team focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom solutions using

Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

  • Build and optimise

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

for scalable UI solutions

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs

and middleware tools

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in

clean, scalable, and secure code

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
  • Support

CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management

  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

What We’re Looking For

  • 5\+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with

Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations

  • Solid understanding of

Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and Omni

  • Experience working with

Salesforce Industry Clouds – Public Sector Solutions \& Education Cloud

  • Familiarity with

DevOps tools

(e.g. Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)

  • Experience with

API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
