Senior Scrum Master

2\. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Scrum Masterrole is focused on guiding Agile teams through effective delivery of projects by facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing workflows, and coordinating release planning. This position plays a key role in aligning Agile practices with client needs, mitigating risks, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The role contributes to improving team performance and ensuring project goals are met in complex technical environments.

3\. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to align Agile practices with operational environments

• Manage team workflows using Jira and Confluence, including maintenance of boards, dashboards, and documentation

• Coordinate release planning and support deployment activities across complex environments

• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early to keep teams focused on sprint goals

• Support collaboration across blended client and delivery teams

• Translate technical or domain concepts into structured, iterative work

• Coach teams on Agile practices and evolve processes collaboratively

• Coordinate manual and automated testing activities, including test case creation and execution

• Ensure compliance with internal delivery standards, reporting, and timesheet processes

4\. Requirements:

• Availability to work Central Time hours for team collaboration

• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments

• Ability to adapt Agile practices to client maturity and delivery processes

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for work management and reporting

• Experience managing release cycles in complex technical settings

• Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholder perspectives

• Consulting mindset to integrate across blended client and delivery teams

• Proactive problem-solving skills with early risk identification

• Experience creating and executing test cases within Agile teams

• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Karate or Playwright is a plus

• Capacity to quickly learn complex domains and translate requirements into actionable work
