Senior Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong API and integration project experience to lead Agile teams delivering scalable digital and enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, API-driven architecture, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support teams working on API development, microservices, and system integrations
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of API-based solutions
• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on Sprint goals and delivery timelines
• Monitor team performance, velocity, and Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation for API and integration projects
• Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and collaboration across teams
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies in complex integration environments. Required Skills:
• 14\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong experience working with API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API lifecycle management
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise integration projects
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
