Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to build production-grade AI systems for a leading FinTech provider operating in a complex, data-rich environment. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a lean, high-caliber engineering team building foundational software, data platforms, and agentic AI systems from the ground up.

We are hiring across multiple core areas—including AI infrastructure, full-stack product engineering, internal AI enablement, and distributed backend systems—and will match strong builders to the track where they can have the most impact.

The ideal candidate enjoys operating end-to-end across systems and applied AI, and thrives in environments where they are responsible for designing and shipping scalable systems that power real users. It is especially well-suited for those who want to build and deploy agentic workflows in production, not just experiment with them.

Responsibilities

• Build Core Infrastructure:

Design, implement, and productionize platforms for LLM orchestration, tool execution, distributed systems, and multi-step agentic workflows. Own backend systems and APIs powering AI-driven solutions in production, including state management, failure handling, and system reliability

• Optimize Data Systems:

Design high-throughput data pipelines, indexing systems, RAG frameworks, and data workflows across structured and unstructured datasets at scale

• Deliver Production Features:

Build reliable, secure AI systems that operate under real-world constraints. Own end-to-end delivery from AI capability to user experience, implementing evaluation, observability, and monitoring to track behavior and performance

• Shape Engineering Culture:

Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous requirements into high-performance technical solutions while actively contributing to system architecture, tooling, and best practices in a modern polyglot stack

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including backend services, API design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud environments
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production software at scale
• Experience building core AI/ML systems including LLM orchestration and agentic workflows
• Production-grade engineering skills across a modern stack (Python, TypeScript, or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of system design with an emphasis on performance, reliability, observability, and scalability
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership and evolving requirements
