Job Description
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Learn and improve existing Go-based healthcare platforms
- Design and implement services and components utilizing Go for cloud-based platforms
- Develop high-volume, low-latency services for a global healthcare platform
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate with APIs
- Ensure performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality
- Contribute to significant architectural and operational decisions
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment
- Software development experience with Go, including strong knowledge of idiomatic Go and best practices
- Experience contributing to a scalable architecture/design of existing and new systems
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly complex asynchronous messaging and backend processing jobs
- Practical experience and understanding of working with and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
