This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in United States.
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with customers as a trusted technical advisor, shaping how enterprise clients implement and derive value from advanced software solutions. You will partner closely with Sales to drive technical pre-sales engagements, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and address customer challenges with innovative solutions. The position requires translating complex technical concepts into clear business value, while maintaining a feedback loop to product and engineering teams. It is ideal for self-motivated problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environment. You will influence the adoption of technology at scale, contribute to thought leadership materials, and support the growth of enterprise accounts worldwide.
Accountabilities
- Lead technical engagements with prospective and existing customers, demonstrating product value and strategic relevance
- Partner with Sales to qualify and close opportunities by delivering technical presentations, demos, and evaluations
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture customer feedback and provide input on product enhancements and roadmap
- Educate and enable customers through hands-on support, workshops, and enablement materials
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer requirements, recommending solutions, and addressing technical challenges
- Contribute to public and internal knowledge base content, including blogs, videos, and documentation
Requirements
- 5\+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a related role, ideally in SaaS or Open Source technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, observability, metrics, monitoring, or cloud-native solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives
- Experience working with global, distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of creating enablement content and presentations
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Technical aptitude with willingness to grow expertise in relevant technologies (e.g., observability stacks, cloud infrastructure, BI tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
