Job Summary.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Executive– Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring for

Relationship Managers (RM), Wealth Relationship Managers (Wealth RM), and other sales roles

. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, and candidate engagement skills to ensure timely closures and successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Relationship Managers, Wealth Relationship Managers, and other Sales/Wealth Management roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' communication, sales experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Negotiate salary and compensation with shortlisted candidates within approved salary structures.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates from interview stage until joining to minimize offer dropouts.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations teams for smooth documentation and joining formalities.
  • Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
  • Prepare recruitment reports, maintain ATS data, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their manpower requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
  • Excellent screening and interviewing skills.
  • Strong salary negotiation and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Good communication,interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and closure capabilities.
  • Experience in hiring for BFSI sales roles will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA/PGDM inHuman Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Wealth Management recruitment preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Hiring for Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Sales Managers, Investment Advisors, or similar client-facing sales roles.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring with defined monthly closure targets.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
