Job Description Summary
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position will focus on recruitment efforts, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in our growing wealth advisor area. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications.
- Develop recruitment strategies for various wealth advisor positions
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Coordinate and facilitate assessment and interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand through compelling job postings, social media presence, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging content and recruitment materials.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Combination of wealth advisor experience, in-house / recruitment agency experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
