What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage complex technology projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Allocate and coordinate work for larger projects and technology programs
• Oversee project management activities, including reporting, planning, and risk tracking
• Develop project budgets and statements of work, monitoring financials throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain communication with internal clients and coordinate project progress updates

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in managing complex projects
• Proven experience in leading multi-discipline efforts within financial services organizations
• Strong technical expertise in planning and executing technology projects
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with digital projects using frameworks such as Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform
• Knowledge of Adobe products including Analytics, Target, and Adobe Experience Manager
