Shift: US Shift - 6PM - 3AM
Role Summary
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
for IT positions across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess technical/functional fit.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Leads to meet hiring targets.
Requirements
- 2 - 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, job markets, and employment types.
- Experience with W2, C2C, 1099 and work authorization concepts.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet turnaround/time-to-submit targets.
