We’re Hiring: Senior Treasury

We are looking for a Senior Treasury professional to support and enhance our global treasury function across fiat and digital assets.

This role focuses on hands-on treasury execution, liquidity management, risk oversight, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced global environment.

🌐 What you’ll be doing

You will play a key role in managing and optimizing global treasury operations, including:

1\. Treasury Operations \& Execution

• Support global treasury operations across fiat and digital assets
• Manage end-to-end payment flows, settlements, and reconciliations across banks, exchanges, custodians, and on-chain systems
• Ensure accurate cash positioning and liquidity tracking across multiple entities and regions
• Maintain operational efficiency across treasury workflows and systems

2\. Liquidity, Risk \& Capital Management

• Support liquidity forecasting, cash management, and capital planning at group level
• Monitor daily liquidity positions and assist in capital allocation decisions
• Conduct basic stress testing and scenario analysis for liquidity and counterparty risk
• Track and report exposure across counterparties, channels, and asset classes
• Support monitoring of market liquidity conditions and operational risks

3\. Treasury Systems \& Automation

• Contribute to improving treasury systems and workflows
• Support automation initiatives for reconciliation, reporting, and monitoring
• Work with internal stakeholders to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
• Assist in applying data-driven or AI-enabled tools where applicable

4\. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with trading, investment, operations, and finance teams
• Support execution of liquidity deployment strategies
• Work with external partners including banks, exchanges, OTC desks, and custodians
• Ensure smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 5–10\+ years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, trading operations, financial operations, or related field
• Strong understanding of payments, reconciliation processes, and liquidity management
• Experience working in multi-entity or multi-channel financial environment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume operational setting
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
• Good communication and coordination skills across team

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience in crypto, Web3, DeFi, or stablecoin ecosystem
• Exposure to exchanges, custody providers, or fintech treasury system
• Background in capital markets, fintech, or operational trading environment
• Experience with automation, data tools, or basic scripting/analytic
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus
