SEO Analyst

2\. About the Opportunity:

The SEO Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering technical SEO implementations, content creation, audits, reporting, and analysis to meet client service agreements and drive client success. This position collaborates with internal teams such as SEO leadership, account managers, and developers to execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies that produce meaningful results.

3\. Responsibilities:

• Execute content development and technical SEO tactics for clients

• Coordinate with developers to update and optimize client websites

• Prepare reporting metrics and compile monthly client performance reports

• Conduct client-level and department-level audits to ensure campaign effectiveness

• Participate in developing monthly SEO strategies for client campaigns

• Collaborate with analysts and technicians on training, planning, workflow improvements, and task distribution

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

• Tailor SEO and digital marketing strategies to client business objectives

• Manage execution of SEO campaigns including keyword research, content strategy, and performance tracking

• Utilize emerging AI tools for campaign improvements and workflow automation

• Work with leadership to improve processes and enhance client experience

• Stay updated on SEO and digital marketing trends to provide strategic guidance

4\. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science, or related field

• 2-3 years of technical SEO experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising; agency experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies

• Proven record of delivering results-driven SEO solutions

• Expertise in creating optimized title tags, meta descriptions, structured content with keyword-rich industry-relevant elements, CTAs, and internal linking

• Experience producing keyword-rich, schema-optimized content

• Deep understanding of on-site and off-site SEO strategies and Google Business Profiles

• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills

• Highly independent and self-motivated with a history of meeting goals

• Proficiency with Google Docs and CRM software; familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, Adobe suite, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Shopify, or Linear is a plus

• Knowledge of Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Must be located in the United States

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Target salary around $50,000 with a 5% annual bonus target
