π§© Your Mission
As our Search Engine Strategist, you are the GC - General Contractor of a team responsible for driving visibility, traffic, leads, and signed cases through exceptional execution of search and digital marketing strategies.
You will:
- Execute and improve SEO strategies
- Manage and optimize Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns
- Support Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Explore and implement emerging Ai search strategies (AEO, GEO)
- Oversee PPC, LSA, Social Media and Video strategy
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Deliver measurable results across client accounts
This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who enjoys both traditional search marketing and exploring the future of Ai-driven search.
π§ What You'll Be Responsible For
1\. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across client accounts
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
- Improve rankings, visibility, traffic, and conversions
- Conduct technical SEO audits and optimization initiatives
- Monitor indexing, crawlability, site speed, and performance
2\. Pay Per Click (PPC) \& Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and improve Google Screened Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Improve lead quality and conversion performance
- Assist with budget allocation and campaign testing
3\. Local SEO \& Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Optimize Google Business Profiles
- Improve local rankings and map visibility
- Monitor local search performance
- Implement local SEO best practices across accounts
4\. Content Strategy \& Ai Search (AEO)
- Support content strategies aligned with search intent
- Help optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Research emerging Ai search trends and opportunities
- Test new Ai tools and workflows that improve performance
5\. Technical SEO \& Website Optimization
- Conduct technical SEO reviews
- Evaluate website architecture and user experience
- Monitor mobile usability and page performance
- Collaborate on website launches and optimization projects
6\. Authority Building \& Link Development
- Execute white-hat link-building initiatives
- Support authority-building campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve trust and credibility signals
7\. Analytics, Reporting \& Insights
- Analyze performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEO reporting tools
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
8\. Team Collaboration \& Project Management
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Social Media Managers, Content Specialists, Designers and Video Editors, Developers, and Leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Follow documented systems and best practices
