About The Role
The role owns organic and paid search strategy end-to-end, driving scalable acquisition and maximizing return on ad spend across digital channels.
The SEO / SEM Specialist will partner closely with content, product, and growth teams to execute technical audits, keyword expansion, and high-intent paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical site audits, schema markup implementation, and core web vitals optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-intent SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and paid social channels
- Conduct exhaustive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify organic growth opportunities and inform content creation
- Manage and optimize paid search budgets to hit strict target CPA and ROAS thresholds
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic and paid performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio
- Design, execute, and document A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and meta tags to continuously improve conversion rates
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SEO and high-budget SEM campaigns in B2B or B2C tech environments
- Deep expertise with industry-standard tools including Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of technical SEO architecture, indexation issues, site speed optimization, and programmatic SEO
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and paid search revenue while maintaining efficient unit economics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python for marketing automation, or managing international multi-language search campaigns
