About The Role
The role owns organic and paid search performance end-to-end, scaling technical SEO architecture and high-intent SEM campaigns to drive pipeline.
The specialist will partner with content, product, and growth teams to optimize site architecture, execute keyword strategy, and maximize paid search ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize technical SEO architecture, site speed, crawlability, and schema markup across the web property
- Plan, execute, and scale SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Bing to acquire high-intent users within target CAC thresholds
- Conduct exhaustive keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content creation and paid bidding strategies
- Manage and optimize paid landing pages through continuous A/B testing of copy, layout, and conversion funnels
- Track, analyze, and report on organic and paid search performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure on-page SEO best practices are applied to all new articles, landing pages, and product updates
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SEO and high-budget SEM campaigns for B2B or B2C tech companies
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, site migrations, log file analysis, and modern web frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling paid search campaigns while lowering cost-per-acquisition and improving ROAS
- Advanced proficiency with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex search data into actionable growth strategies
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, and experience with SQL or Python for marketing analytics
