Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures, and recommend practical solutions
• Perform property management service calls and maintenance work
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures, including toilets, faucets, vanities, and water heaters
• Perform plumbing-related tasks connected to light remodeling projects, such as tubs, showers, and drain adjustments
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and ensure proper function
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs safely and efficiently
• Handle physical work including lifting materials and working in confined spaces while following safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential plumbing (service, installation, or maintenance)
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues independently
• Experience working in residential environments, including service calls and maintenance work
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, materials, and basic measurement skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license
