Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately
• Present repair and replacement options clearly
• Perform high-quality work safely and efficiently
• Communicate updates to dispatch/office
• Document work properly with notes and photos
• Maintain truck inventory and organization
• Deliver a strong customer experience
