ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) that automates enterprise workflows, connecting disparate departments (IT, HR, Customer Service) into a single unified system. It acts as a digital workflow manager, moving manual, spreadsheet-driven processes to automated workflows, often called the "Now Platform".

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to help drive digital workflow transformation across IT and business functions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, process owners, developers, and architects to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and support ServiceNow platform initiatives.

Job Description

  • Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Map and improve business processes and workflows
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow initiatives
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, QA, and project managers
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Support UAT testing, training, and change management activities
  • Maintain documentation including process flows, BRDs, and functional designs
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and platform best practices
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders and process owners

That's where you're strong

  • Advanced studies in the field of engineering, computer science, mathematics or a comparable course with good results,
  • High level speaking and writing of English is a must
  • Previous experience in the IT environment would be an advantage,
  • Confident demeanor and high communication, presentation and team skills,
  • Business management expertise and interest in information technology,
  • Ability to think analytically and develop solution concepts, you have an independent and structured way of working,
  • Strong team orientation and enjoy working on national and international consulting projects in flexible environments.
