Site Operations Manager

Tiny Drumsticks provides shared commercial kitchen space for food businesses across two Long Island City locations, including private kitchen suites under our Even Tinier Drumsticks brand. We are hiring a Site Operations Manager to lead the systems, staffing strategy, and training that power our floor operations as we grow.

The Role

The Site Operations Manager owns the structure behind our day-to-day floor operations. You will help redesign the systems, build the training programs, and set the staffing strategy that lets our Floor Managers execute consistently and well. You will report directly to ownership and partner closely with our Facilities Management team, Customer Concierge/Administrator, and CFO.

What You Will Own

• Assess and maintain a site supply tracking system
• Design and lead a training program for floor staff, from onboarding through ongoing development
• Own staffing strategy for floor operations, including recommending structure and roles as the business scales
• Set documentation standards for staff direction and performance to ensure consistency and accountability
• Serve as an escalation point for client relationships and uphold a high standard of customer service across the team
• Directly manage Floor Managers, including performance reviews and daily support

What You Bring

• A demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, or programs from the ground up
• Experience managing multiple direct reports or overseeing multiple sites
• Strong customer service orientation and comfort handling client-facing situations
• Comfort working in Google Drive, or the ability to learn quickly
• A background in hospitality, food service, facilities, or multi-site retail is a strong plus
• Food Handler's License

Nice to Have

• Experience in a shared kitchen, food hall, or similar multi-tenant food business
• Familiarity with NYC commercial kitchen operations, including fire systems, health code, and grease trap service
