Overview

We are seeking a

hands-on Slack Developer

to support a rapidly growing Salesforce consulting environment backed by ConsultNet. This role will focus on building and customizing

Slack integrations, workflows, automations, and collaboration solutions

that align closely with Salesforce ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is highly

execution-oriented

, comfortable working in

fast-paced SMB/mid-market environments

, and capable of engaging directly with clients when needed. Prior experience in

Slack migrations and enterprise upgrades

is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

Slack-based integrations and automation solutions

• Build and manage

Slack workflows, bots, and custom apps

• Integrate Slack with

Salesforce and other third-party systems

• Lead or support

migration from Microsoft Teams to Slack

• Assist in

upgrading Slack environments (Business\+ to Enterprise Grid)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to

translate business needs into technical solutions

• Provide

hands-on development and configuration support

• Optimize internal and client-facing

collaboration and communication processes

• Work in a

fast-paced, agile consulting environment

with multiple projects

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 4\+ years of experience in

Slack development and integrations

• Strong experience with:
• Slack APIs and SDKs
• Slack Workflow Builder
• Slack Bots / Custom Apps
• Experience integrating Slack with:
• Salesforce (preferred)
• REST APIs and middleware platforms
• Hands-on experience in:
• Workflow automation
• Event-driven architecture
• Experience with

Teams to Slack migration projects

• Knowledge of

Slack Enterprise Grid architecture

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to work in

fast-moving, low-process environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in

Salesforce consulting environments

• Background in

Agile/Scrum delivery models

• Familiarity with:
• AWS / Azure / GCP (for integrations)
• Node.js, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience supporting

SMB or mid-market clients

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $75/Hr to $80/Hr with Limited benefits
