PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery and drug mechanism investigation.
• Deploy AI agents to build streamlined analytical workflows and reporting systems, and interpret analytical outcomes via integrated analytical methodologies and bioinformatics tools as well as large language models.
• Participate research projects, and work closely with research scientists to provide bioinformatics support and results delivery.
• Communicate research results to internal and external audience by technical reports and oral presentations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related discipline.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data.
• Proficient in large language model application, with experiences in AI agent deployment.
• Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Background in cancer biology is a plus.

• Report to: Director of Integrative Bioinformatics
• Works with: Biomarker team, Research and Innovation team and others
