We are a global SaaS platform used by millions, helping brands manage and measure digital interactions across links, QR codes, and beyond.
They’re now looking for someone to take full ownership of their social and community presence.
This isn’t a “post and schedule” role.
You’ll own everything end-to-end
- Strategy
- Execution
- Engagement
- Performance
And play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across multiple channels and audiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning social across multiple brands
- Supporting product launches and campaigns
- Managing real-time community engagement
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Support
- Driving executive thought leadership
- Using AI and new tools to scale output
What they’re looking for:
- 5–10\+ years in B2B / SaaS social or community roles
- Proven ability to run channels end-to-end
- Strong writing and content instincts
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Someone who can balance creativity with data
