• Base salary up to $75,000 (up to $80,000 for an exceptional candidate)

Social Media Graphic Designer Requirements \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4\+ years of professional digital design experience
• Portfolio showcasing social media design work for luxury or lifestyle brands
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (photo editing and retouching)
• Experience creating and editing short-form video using tools such as CapCut or Premiere
• Working knowledge of Canva for templates and brand systems
• Experience collaborating within brand guidelines and approval workflows
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated home office and ability to work standard business hours

Social Media Graphic Designer Preferred Background \& Skills

• Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, dating, or premium consumer brands
• Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer content, and pop culture
• Eye for polished, high-end aesthetics, typography, and color correction
• Comfort brainstorming and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Basic motion design or light animation skills
• Highly motivated, creative, and eager to grow within a marketing-focused role
