Social Media Manager

Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding influencer agency to find a talented Social Media Manager.

Location - London (hybrid)

Salary - Up to £40,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow creators’ social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Shape personal brands, content pillars, and storytelling approaches.
• Plan and execute content calendars, including Reels, TikToks, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure strong visual and editorial output.
• Support brand partnerships by managing deliverables, timelines, and campaign execution.
• Oversee daily posting, optimisation, trend monitoring, and platform updates.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay across creator economy trends and identify new opportunities for talent and brand growth.
• Bring experience in social/creator management, strong organisation, cultural awareness, and a creative, fast-paced mindset.
