About The Role

Join Suncorp’s Intelligent Solutions Delivery team and contribute to building practical, human ‑ centred AI and automation solutions. You will design and deliver scalable applications and workflows that improve efficiency and decision making across the business. This role offers exposure to emerging technologies and real-world challenges in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI, automation or web-based solutions that streamline processes and improve business outcomes
• Work with stakeholders to translate business problems into efficient digital workflows and scalable systems
• Develop reusable components, APIs and integration patterns to support solution delivery
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing applications and automation solutions to enhance performance
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values learning, experimentation and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in modern application development such as Python, Django, React or APIs
• Exposure to automation or RPA platforms such as UiPath or similar tools
• Interest or experience in AI solutions, including LLM-based development or integrations
• Ability to solve problems and design clear, efficient solutions for real-world scenarios
• Confidence communicating technical concepts to stakeholders with different levels of technical understanding
• Experience with modern development practices such as version control and AI-assisted tools
