Software Developer

Location: Remote

Job Schedule: Full Time (40 Hours/Week)

Salary: $98,301\.00/Annum

Job duties:

• Write, modify, test, and maintain code for AI/ML and Generative AI applications based on technical specifications and business requirements.
• Develop and implement AI agents and workflow automation solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration tools.
• Program and integrate LLM-based solutions using GPT, Claude, and open-source models for chatbot development, document processing, and enterprise automation tasks.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines by connecting vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS with enterprise data sources.
• Develop reusable APIs, scripts, and backend modules to integrate AI solutions with existing applications, databases, and microservices architectures.
• Create, test, and optimize prompts, workflows, and response handling logic to improve AI model accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, system analysts, and product teams to implement AI-driven application features and enhancements.
• Monitor deployed AI applications and troubleshoot coding, integration, and performance issues to ensure stable production operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, program logic, and version-controlled code repositories for AI and software applications.
• Support cloud-based deployment and maintenance of AI applications while following security, scalability, and coding best practices.

Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
