Software Engineer

Our client is a leading quantitative trading firm that has tripled in revenue in the last 12 months and is hiring a C\+\+ Software Engineer to join their office in New York.

They are willing to wait non competes up to two years

Role:

Scale and optimize trading systems

Collaborating with quant research and trading teams to enhance profitability.

Developing low latency and exchange gateway connectivity

Essential Skills:

Bachelors in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics or related fields

Experience with C\+\+

Familiarity with distributed systems and infrastructure development

Previous examples of high placed hackathon, awards, academic excellence, etc

Beneficial Skills:

Masters/PhD in STEM related subjects

Knowledge of Python

Work experience with a disruptor, startup, or trading enterprise

Comp:

Base salary $300-450k with an annual guaranteed bonus
