We're an early-stage, AI SaaS company building software that turns sales conversations into actionable insights for revenue teams.

This is a full-time

Full Stack Engineer

role. You'll design, build, test, and ship product features end-to-end across our web application, backend services, and data layer. Day to day, you'll deliver features from frontend to API, build reliable services, improve performance, resolve production issues, and partner with leadership to shape product direction and architecture.

Chicago, IL is highly preferred.

This role is fully remote, with

1–2 days in person as needed

for collaboration for candidates based in the Chicago area. Remote candidates outside Chicago will also be considered.

What You'll Work With

A modern

React/TypeScript

frontend, a

C#/.NET

backend, and a

cloud-hosted PostgreSQL

database. You'll touch AI/LLM-powered features and the integrations that connect everything together.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2\+ years building production web applications with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
  • 2\+ years with React in production
  • 2\+ years building backend services with C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core)
  • Hands-on PostgreSQL experience (schema design, query optimization, migrations)
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in the cloud
  • Experience testing, debugging, and maintaining software on a team
  • Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional product team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of full-stack experience across frontend and backend
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization in SaaS products (e.g., role-based access, row-level security)
  • Experience building AI-integrated product features (LLM workflows, evaluation, and reliability)
  • Experience with payments or usage-based billing
  • Experience improving application performance, observability, and incident response
  • Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects end-to-end
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
