Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Frontend Engineer who thrives on building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to create seamless web experiences that are scalable, responsive, and user-centric.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional, elegant web applications.
• Develop highly responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript (ES6\+).
• Implement front-end architecture that supports complex user interactions and dynamic dashboards.
• Build and maintain applications using React workflows (Redux/Flux) and modern tooling (Webpack, etc.).
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing interfaces and performance.
• Implement analytics integrations and build data-driven charting dashboards.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure version control best practices (Git).
• Knowledge about micro frontend architecture in JavaScript with React.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2\+ years of experience building modern web applications with React.js.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
• Hands-on experience with React ecosystem tools (Redux, Webpack, etc.).
• Experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and browser debugging tools.
• Experience working with UI/UX principles and making design recommendations.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
