Job Summary
The Software Engineer - Integrations \& eCommerce Platforms is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise integrations, e-commerce applications, product information management solutions, and backend business systems. The role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that support digital commerce, ERP integration, automation, and enterprise data movement.
Job Duties \& Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain full-stack solutions using modern web technologies.
- Develop APIs, services, and business logic supporting operational processes.
- Support ERP-to-eCommerce integrations.
- Maintain product content synchronization processes.
- Develop and support ETL and data migration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures.
- Support online commerce platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Manage product catalog synchronization and content delivery processes.
- Investigate and resolve production issues impacting customer experience.
- Support application deployment processes.
- Assist with server administration and environment management.
- Monitor application health, synchronization jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support guides.
- Document application architecture and operational procedures.
- Participate in knowledge-transfer and cross-training activities.
- Occasional travel for business or training needs.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 6 or more years of experience web commerce solutions or business application development experience
- Required technical skills: C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL databases, ETL processes, ERP integration concepts, Docker, HTML/ CSS, full-stack application development, CI/CD pipeline workflows
- Preferred experience rendering SQL datasets, integrating, exposing and consuming ERP native API calls.
- Preferred skills: Magento e-commerce platforms, Salsify PIM, Eclipse ERP, data migration projects, Azure DevOps, SQL replication environments, enterprise integration architecture
- Knowledge of MS Office applications as needed to satisfactorily perform work assignments – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint as well as can learn company enterprise systems as needed.
Physical Demands \& Work Environment
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. The role is primarily office-based and involves:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking
- Frequent use of hands and arms for computer and office-related tasks
- Regular use of standard office equipment, including computers and phones
- Ongoing verbal communication with customers and internal teams
