The opportunity

A rare chance to apply HFT-level engineering in crypto - where the problems are real, the stakes are high, and your work is visible. You'll sit close to traders and quants with direct ownership of performance-critical infrastructure, not siloed in a back-office tech team.

What you'll be working on

• Ultra-low-latency trading systems in C\+\+ and/or Rust
• Concurrency, multithreading, lock-free systems, and memory optimisation
• Kernel-level and networking engineering - not application-layer abstraction
• Throughput/latency tradeoffs, cache efficiency, and real-time data ingestion
• Reliability engineering across a globally distributed exchange infrastructure

What they're looking for

• Strong C\+\+ or Rust proficiency - willingness to work in Rust is non-negotiable
• 3-6 years in performance-critical software engineering
• Deep systems-level knowledge: concurrency, networking, distributed systems
• Background from a trading firm, crypto exchange, or big tech with a strong systems focus
• Composure under pressure within a fast-moving, front-office environment
