Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Solution Architect

with strong expertise in

BPM, Azure, and Generative AI

.

This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade business process automation solutions while integrating emerging technologies such as

GenAI, Document Intelligence, and Cloud AI services

.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Cora SeQuence or similar BPM platforms

and a strong background in solution architecture within financial services or enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design \& Architecture

• Design end-to-end BPM solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture
• Ensure security, scalability, and high performance
• Define integration architecture (APIs, Web Services, ERP/CRM systems)
• Leverage platform capabilities for optimized workflow automation

Technical Leadership

• Lead development teams across the full lifecycle (design → deployment → support)
• Oversee workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations
• Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Analysts for requirement clarity
• Manage scope, timelines, and technical constraints

Process Optimization \& Innovation

• Identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement using BPM tools
• Integrate emerging technologies such as:
• Generative AI
• Document Intelligence
• Cloud AI services

Documentation \& Knowledge Sharing

• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Architecture / BPM

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience in

Cora SeQuence OR BPM tools (Appian, Pega, Bizagi, Camunda)

• Workflow design, business rules engine, automation
• API \& Web Services integrations
• Programming:

C#, .NET, JavaScript

• Web technologies:

ASP.NET, HTML, CSS

• Database:

SQL Server

• Azure Cloud (Mandatory)
• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
• Data governance and cloud security

Preferred \& Advanced Skills

• Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini)
• Document Intelligence (Azure AI, Textract, etc.)
• Cloud AI services (NLP, Computer Vision)
• RPA, Machine Learning, Process Mining
• Multi-cloud exposure (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Consulting or client-facing experience
