🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect – Data Center Build Services who can drive end‑to‑end technical presales and solutioning for large-scale data center design \& build programs.

This role integrates power, cooling, MEP, ICT, cabling, automation, modular builds, and sustainability into cohesive, buildable, standards‑aligned architectures.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to shape scalable, efficient, AI‑ready data center solutions.

If you enjoy leading technical discussions, owning RFP responses, and presenting cutting‑edge designs—this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead integrated solutioning across power, cooling, MEP, ICT, cabling, and facility infrastructure

🔹 Conduct customer workshops and site assessments to define capacity, resiliency \& growth needs

🔹 Architect AI‑ready \& high‑density DC solutions, including liquid cooling and modular builds

🔹 Create reference architectures, redundancy models, white‑space planning \& expansion strategies

🔹 Own RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, SOW, assumptions \& delivery models

🔹 Build CapEx/OpEx commercial models with value‑engineering options

🔹 Collaborate with engineering, PMO, OEMs \& construction partners for validated solutions

🔹 Create and maintain presales artefacts—design kits, templates, pricing calculators, case studies

🔹 Present solution differentiators around scalability, efficiency, sustainability \& lifecycle value

🔹 Support seamless handover from presales to delivery

📌 What We’re Looking For

✔ 10\+ years of experience in Data Center industry

✔ Strong understanding of DC MEP, power/cooling, modular builds, modernization

✔ Experience with Digital Twin, CFD modeling, capacity planning

✔ Proven ability in presales for large DC build programs

✔ Strong customer-facing communication \& cross-functional collaboration

✔ Ability to lead workshops, technical discussions \& executive presentations

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
