The Role

As a Presales Solution Architect, youโ€™ll operate at the intersection of infrastructure, networking, and AI โ€” helping enterprise organizations modernize their compute stack to support next-generation AI workloads. You'll work hand-in-hand with Enterprise AEs and prospects to identify technical challenges, architect scalable infrastructure solutions, and guide customers through high-impact technical evaluations that lead directly to revenue.

What Youโ€™ll Do \& Achieve

๐Ÿ”น Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer environments, data flows, security requirements, and AI workload demands

๐Ÿ”น Architect scalable AI infrastructure designs (GPU clusters, networking fabrics, storage, orchestration layers) tailored to customer needs

๐Ÿ”น Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and POCs that showcase performance, scalability, and TCO advantages

๐Ÿ”น Partner closely with AEs throughout the sales cycle โ€” from qualification to competitive positioning to closing

๐Ÿ”น Build trusted relationships with decision-makers ranging from infrastructure engineers to CIOs/CTOs

๐Ÿ”น Translate technical requirements into solution proposals, deployment plans, and ROI narratives

๐Ÿ”น Support RFPs, compliance reviews, and solution documentation

๐Ÿ”น Provide structured product feedback to engineering and product teams to improve roadmap priorities

๐Ÿ”น Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events as a technical thought leader

Who You Are

โœ”๏ธ 5โ€“7\+ years in Presales / Solution Architecture / Sales Engineering for enterprise infrastructure

โœ”๏ธ Hands-on experience across compute, networking, and storage architectures โ€” ideally with large-scale AI training/inference workloads

โœ”๏ธ Deep technical fluency with topics such as GPU orchestration, high-speed networking (InfiniBand/RDMA), distributed storage, Kubernetes, and on-prem/cloud hybrid designs

โœ”๏ธ Ability to run live demos, architecture deep dives, and performance benchmarking discussions with confidence

โœ”๏ธ Comfortable scripting / light automation (Python, Bash, Terraform, or similar) to support POCs or reference deployments

โœ”๏ธ Proven success supporting fast-growth GTM teams in a scaling start-up environment

โœ”๏ธ Exceptional communicator capable of influencing both technical and executive stakeholders

โœ”๏ธ Passionate about AI infrastructure, performance engineering, and pushing what is possible with large-scale compute

โœ”๏ธ Based in the United States (remote-friendly; occasional travel to customer sites and industry events)
