Solutions Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Healthcare solutions to design and lead enterprise architecture initiatives within complex healthcare environments. This role will focus on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that align with business goals, enterprise standards, and healthcare technology requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting healthcare operations, correspondence workflows, marketing communications, and medical records integrations within Salesforce ecosystems including Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet functional, non-functional, and business requirements
• Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture for new initiatives and platform enhancements
• Support healthcare operational workflows, correspondence processes, marketing communications, and medical records impacts across enterprise systems
• Architect Salesforce-based healthcare solutions leveraging:
• Salesforce Health Cloud
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, cloud strategies, security requirements, and healthcare compliance regulations
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, architectural patterns, and frameworks to support scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform stability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Create architecture documentation including solution diagrams, integration flows, and technical specifications
• Support integration strategies involving healthcare systems, medical records platforms, APIs, and third-party applications
• Identify risks, dependencies, and performance considerations during solution planning and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 7\+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Application Architecture
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform technologies
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Health Cloud
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Experience working within healthcare environments and understanding healthcare workflows and data considerations
• Strong understanding of:
• Application architecture
• Integration architecture
• Data architecture
• Cloud-based solutions
• Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and security standards related to patient and medical data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
