Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java/AWS Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives supporting high-profile healthcare programs handling sensitive PHI/PPI data, including VIP government healthcare information (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cloud migration initiatives (hands-on experience required; SME not required).
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Lead domain architecture modeling (current, target, interim states) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Architect robust security layers leveraging IBM EIAM for identity and access management.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and healthcare data security standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Architecture Review Board, and vendors.
• Guide reusable architecture patterns and enterprise standards adoption.

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 10\+ years of Architecture experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular
• Cloud architecture experience on AWS
• Database expertise: DB2, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQL
• Agile environment experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance domains (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits)
• Experience designing security architecture for PHI/PPI data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-domain architecture experience
