Role:
Speech Language Pathologist
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans to enhance safety, function, and dignity.
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate families and staff on patient needs and therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation of services provided.
