Job Description

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school setting located in Roseville, CA. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality care to pediatric and school-aged students experiencing speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify specific needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions designed to achieve targeted speech and language goals.
  • Systematically monitor, record, and report student progress to ensure treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators and healthcare professionals to align care strategies.
  • Engage families by educating them on therapy approaches and involving them in the treatment process.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology.
