Speech Therapist in Lakeville, MN

A contract position is available in Lakeville, MN, for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current CCC certification to provide leave coverage for an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) SLP. This on-site role offers a full-time schedule of 37\.5 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible and extending through June 4, 2026, with potential opportunities to assist with summer evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in an educational setting
• Provide support for the ECSE program during the incumbent's leave
• Conduct speech and language assessments, including potential summer evaluations
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid State licensure as an SLP
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development and disorders
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
