Position Summary

The

Senior HR Payroll Application Analyst

will serve as a key point of contact for end users, supporting day-to-day operations and resolving incidents related to Oracle and other business applications. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into functional designs and delivering enhancements to support a complex enterprise environment.

The analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define process flows, improve system utilization, and optimize solutions across Oracle Cloud Payroll, HR, OAB, Kronos, and other HRIS applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of application issues and service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct gap analysis for Payroll and HRIS processes and document business requirements for new functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by end users.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
  • Lead and support payroll year-end processing activities.
  • Analyze complex business problems and provide clear documentation, guidance, and user training.
  • Design and develop reports using Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Create and maintain User Defined Tables and Lookups within Oracle Fusion.
  • Work with RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Fast Formula).
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also managing tasks independently.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on responsiveness and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.
  • At least 6\+ years of experience in Oracle HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll/HRMS.
