Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3–5\+ years of healthcare finance experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Power BI experience required
• Experience with Cerner, Service Line Reports, Health Analytics, Power Costing, and Power Labor
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage reporting tools to quickly provide answers and recommendations
• Exposure to AI tools

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support finance operations and decision support for a regional health system in Mississippi. This person will report into the VP of Finance and will be heavily involved in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and operational decision support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, with experience analyzing data, building reports, supporting budget processes, and using financial/decision-support tools to help leadership get to answers faster.

This role is a great fit for someone who is analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to partner with finance and operational leaders across the organization.
