The Role
We're looking for a scrappy, strategic, and mission-aligned
Senior
Marketing Manager
to help grow the DreamFi member base, drive app engagement, and build a brand that resonates deeply with our core audience. You'll work closely with the founding team and agency partners to execute across channels and translate our empowerment mission into campaigns that convert.
What You'll Do
Growth \& Acquisition
- Own paid and organic acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels relevant to our audience
- Manage and optimize the waitlist-to-registration conversion funnel
- Identify and test new growth channels, including partnerships, referral programs, and community-based marketing
- Execute and track event marketing
Lifecycle \& Retention
- Partner with the product team to develop onboarding, activation, and engagement campaigns (push, email, in-app)
- Build segmentation and personalization strategies to drive LTV across the member base
- Monitor retention metrics and develop re-engagement programs for lapsed users
Brand \& Community
- Maintain a consistent, culturally resonant brand voice across all channels
- Support influencer and brand ambassador programs, including event activations
- Develop content that educates and empowers — not just promotes
Partnerships \& Campaigns
- Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
- Project-manage campaign execution end-to-end, coordinating with agencies, designers, and external partners
- Build and track marketing performance dashboards; report on KPIs weekly
Team Alignment
- Own and update the marketing plan and calendar
- Communicate across the organization
What We're Looking For
Required
- 6\+years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a consumer app or fintech environment
- Hands-on experience with mobile growth marketing (UA, ASO, lifecycle)
- Proficiency with marketing tools: CRM/ESP (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo), analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude), and paid media platforms
- Strong project management skills — you can run multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Excellent written communication; you can write copy that connects
Preferred
- Experience marketing to diverse and underserved communities with authentic cultural fluency
- Background in fintech, financial wellness, or consumer subscription apps
- Comfort working in an early-stage or startup environment where the playbook is still being written
