Sr. Product Manager

This is a strategic and highly impactful role for a senior product professional who will define, develop, and scale world-class products across key membership domains, including security, risk, audit, governance, and privacy. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying market needs to launching and optimizing offerings for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C audiences. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, while balancing innovation, global scalability, and business performance. You will leverage market insights, user feedback, and competitive analysis to drive growth, influence strategy, and ensure products deliver measurable value. This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that shape the product roadmap and impact tens of thousands of users worldwide.

Accountabilities

• Define and communicate product strategy and vision for assigned domains in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, launch, iteration, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, create value propositions, and enable sales teams across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are met and launches are successful.
• Drive product innovation through emerging technologies, scalable learning solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage product P\&L, oversee growth initiatives, and monitor metrics to optimize revenue, adoption, and user engagement.
• Incorporate global market considerations, ensuring products are adaptable to diverse regulatory, cultural, and technical needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8\+ years of product management experience with a proven record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful products.
• Demonstrated success managing full product lifecycles, including launch, iteration, and expansion for digital, web-based, or software products.
• Experience with P\&L management, revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills informed by market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in agile environments and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Preferred: knowledge of IT security, cybersecurity, IT governance, IT audit, or IT risk management; experience managing international or technology-focused B2B/B2C products; global market exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and travel occasionally for company events.
