Job Description
We are growing our product organization and seeking a Product Manager to help build the next generation of digital experiences for our clients. This role will focus on creating intuitive, engaging user journeys that connect passionate collectors and consignors with the items and expertise they value most.
Working closely with Design, Engineering, Digital Commerce, and business stakeholders, you will lead new feature development, optimize user flows, and drive product initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and overall customer experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, data-driven, user-focused Product Manager who enjoys identifying opportunities and turning ideas into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth-focused product initiatives across web and mobile platforms
- Improve user discovery, bidding, and engagement experiences
- Optimize inquiry and consignment workflows to increase conversion
- Run data-driven experiments and measure product performance
- Define KPIs and communicate insights to leadership
- Champion the end-to-end client journey
- Drive strategic initiatives balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of Product Management experience
- Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms preferred
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data and experimentation to drive decisions
- Strong business acumen and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for collectibles or a “collector mindset” is a plus
