Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution while driving alignment across cross-functional teams and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.

Role Overview

In this role, you will shape product direction by leveraging market insights, financial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in guiding platform strategy, influencing product roadmaps, and ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy based on market research, industry trends, and business needs
• Manage financial aspects of the product, including pricing strategy, deal support, and overall performance tracking
• Partner closely with commercial and operations teams to refine value propositions and position products effectively in the market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities and deliver scalable solutions across complex environments
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on product vision, priorities, and execution plans
• Lead customer-driven innovation initiatives, including development of MVPs and iterative product improvements
• Prioritize competing initiatives, resolve conflicts, and ensure focus on high-impact outcomes
• Ensure product offerings meet legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with compliance teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7\+ years of experience in product management or technology product development
• Proven experience building and executing platform strategies and product roadmaps
• Strong understanding of scalable, reusable, and integrated platform design principles
• Experience managing prioritization frameworks and governance processes across multiple initiatives
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives such as cloud adoption, data modernization, or platform consolidation
• Familiarity with integrating internal systems such as billing, financial, or operational platforms into broader product ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare-related domains such as pharmacy services, medication access, affordability programs, or provider networks
• Background in specialty pharmacy or related product environments
